We offer various treks on highest summits of North Africa : Mount Toubkal (4167m/13,667ft) and Ighil Mgoun (4068m/13,34ft), both in Central High Atlas mountains. Trekking in the High Atlas mountains affords best opportunity of meeting Berbers, their culture and traditions. We offer hiking starting from Ait Boutagrar or from Tabant in the fertile Ait Bougemez Valley (Happy Valley).

Example 1 : 3 days trek in Toubkal
Duration: 3 days
Period: April to October

  • Day 1: Marrakech - Imlil(1740m) - Toubkal Refuge (3200m): 
    Transfer to Imlil where our trek starts , meeting with our team and the mules and starting towards Sidi Chamharouch Shrine, who attracts tourists and pilgrims , we will stop for lunch . After we continue to Toubkal refuge, Overnight in the refuge or camping, 5 TO 6 hours walking.

    Day 2: Toubkal Refuge(3200m) - Toubkal summit (4167m) - Toubkal Refuge(3200m):
    Early wake up, we get breakfast and we start climbing Toubkal mountain. On the top we will enjoy beautiful sightseeing of the Atlas mountains, the highest point of the Anti-Atlas and the Haouez plains. Then, we descend back to the refuge, overnight in the refuge,5 to 6 hours walking. 

    Day 3: Toubkal Refuge(3200m) - Imlil (1740m) - Marrakech: 
    we have breakfast and we enjoy the morning view on the mountains. Then we descend Back to Imlil Village, passing by the Sidi Chamharouch shrine, transfer back to Marrakech, 5 hours walking. 
    Example 2 : 3 days trek through berber villages to Ourika valley
    Duration: 3 days

    Highest point: Tizi 'n Tacheddirt (3200m) 
    Accommodation: gîte and camping

  • Day 1: Marrakech - Imlil(1740m) - Tamatart pass (2280m) - Tacheddirt (2300m): 
    In the morning we leave Marrakech to Imlil via Asni in the Atlas Mountains. Imlil is the starting point of the trek. Here you'll meet our team and cooker. Then we start hiking along the valley towards Tacheddirt. We climb up to the pass of Tamatert, then we walk down to the village of Ouaneskra (2200m) then we reach Tacheddirt where we will camp near the river or stay in local refuge depending of the weather. 4 ½ hours walking. 

    Day 2: Tacheddirt (2300m) - Tizi 'n Tacheddirt (3200m) - Timichi (2000m): 
    After breakfast, we walk from Tacheddirt towards Tizi'n Tacheddirt, on the pass we will enjoy panoramic view of the high atlas mountains. Later we descend to Timichi, passing through Ibbasen village, overnight in local refuge, 7 hours walking. 

    Day 3: Timichi (2000m) - Setti Fatma (1700m) - Marrakech: 
    After breakfast we descend from Timichi to Setti Fatma. We Pass through several Berber villages in the Ourika valley : Tiourdou, Anfli, Tadrart…. We continue after lunch to Agadir 'n Aït Boulmane and to Setti Fadma, If we have enough time we can visit the seven waterfalls before going back to Marrakech, 5 hours walking.
